The Pavilion

The Pavilion is the heart of Cougar Ridge Resort, a covered open-air venue with a stunning mountain backdrop designed to bring people together. With room for up to 250 guests and a built in dance floor, it is fully equipped with a catering kitchen, barbecue, and bar to make gatherings seamless. Grassy lawns and glowing fire pits invite cozy conversation, while the versatile space welcomes everything from concerts and receptions to trade shows and casual get-togethers, always providing an unforgettable setting.

The Grand Lodge

The Grand Lodge combines lodging, meeting, and entertainment spaces under one roof, making it an ideal setting for retreats, corporate gatherings, and private events. The three-story lodge features four master suites, a full-service kitchen, multiple bars, and versatile indoor and outdoor areas, along with unique amenities such as a bowling alley, virtual golf simulator, wine cellar, theater room, fitness center, and hot tubs. Expansive decks, fire pits, and sweeping ranch views create a seamless transition from focused sessions to relaxed social time, ensuring a memorable group experience.

Event Lawn

The Poolside Event Lawn offers a bright, open-air setting next to the resort’s pool and cabanas, featuring eco-friendly astroturf, vibrant umbrellas, and accessible barbecues. Its flexible layout is ideal for everything from yoga sessions and stargazing evenings to receptions, brunches, and cocktail hours. With its lively yet laid-back atmosphere, the Poolside Event Lawn brings a fun touch to any celebration.

Barn

The Barn combines the charm of a working barn with the comfort of a modern venue, just steps from the Grand Lodge. With expansive ceilings, abundant natural light, and original horse stalls repurposed as cozy nooks, it creates a distinctive setting for wedding receptions, corporate events, tastings, and private celebrations. An adjacent fire pit and nearby horse arena add to the relaxed atmosphere, making The Barn a welcoming and memorable backdrop for any event.
